RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Rick Owens offers a return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and certain delicate garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

• 1.
  AUTHORIZATION

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt.

• 2.
  PACKAGING

  Place the items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all original tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  LABELING

  Affix the pre-printed return shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  DISPATCH & REFUND

  Drop off the package at an authorized courier location; once received and quality-checked at our atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
